The function of the steering/braking controller (commonly known as a flasher) is to process the steering or braking operation signal when the rider performs the steering or braking operation, generate pulse voltage, drive the steering indicator light and brake light to flash and emit light, and give a prompt through the horn At present, most steering/brake controllers adopt a modular structure, with built-in flash control circuits and brake light control circuits. Flash circuits have the advantages of adapting to a wide range of input voltage changes, stable frequency of flash control circuits, contactless operation, and low self power consumption; The brake light control circuit uses the brake power-off control signal to control the working status of the brake signal light.
The main fault caused by abnormal steering/braking control circuit is that the turn signal and brake light cannot flash and light up when turning or braking.
If it is confirmed that the input voltage of the circuit is normal and its control terminal has a control signal input, but its output terminal cannot output pulse driving voltage, it indicates that it is damaged.
